We make several intercoolers for factory turbocharged vehicles (WRX, Supra, DSM, Grand National, MR2). Our line of cores are the highest efficiency pieces on the market. Both air to air and liquid to air cores are available. For an application not listed here or a custom job, please call for a quote. (Z Car Intercoolers are not listed, please call for info)

Intercooler Cores We have intercooler cores to fit all your needs! Below are the standard core sizes that we stock. All core thicknesses are 3". If you don't see the size you need, the cores can be custom sized to fit most applications. We can make a core of any thickness or length to your specification, if we do not have the size you need. Standard cores are available for immediate shipment. Custom core sizes require 4 weeks lead time. These cores are high efficiency bar-plate designs. Fin-tube designs are available on request. The turbulator design virtually assures the air charge gets out of the laminar flow and up against the core walls. Secondly, the core is specifically shaped to increase the ambient air penetration of the core thus permitting a greater mass flow of cooling air. We also carry the necessary components needed to complete your application! Everything from turbo hose, elbows, caps, u-bends, and hose clamps are available to make the job complete. WE ALSO DESIGN AND MAKE CUSTOM INTERCOOLERS!
Castings We offer several cast aluminum parts such as intercooler caps and 90 degree elbows. These parts come in handy and work great for the do-it-your-selfer, or to repair broken components. Pricing
